From the East on I-20:
Take Exit 18-C (Fairfield Avenue) and turn left at the top of the exit. Proceed to the fifth traffic light, which is Olive Street. Turn left and go 3/10 of a mile to 836 Olive Street. Vitreo-Retinal Associates is on the left.

From the West on I-20:
Take Exit 18-A (Line Avenue). At the top of the hill, turn right onto Line Avenue. At the third traffic light (at the Circle K convenience store), turn right onto Olive Street. Go to 836 Olive Street. Vitreo-Retinal Associates is on the right, behind the Circle K convenience store.

From the South on I-49:
Take Exit 205 (Kings Highway). Turn right onto Kings Highway. Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Fairfield Avenue. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Olive Street. Go 3/10 of a mile to 836 Olive Street. Vitreo-Retinal Associates is on the left, just before the Circle K convenience store.

From the North on Highway 71:
Highway 71 becomes Market Street. Turn right onto Common Street at the fire station, and proceed through the edge of downtown Shreveport. As this street goes under Interstate 20, it becomes Line Avenue. Proceed south on Line Avenue to the Circle K convenience store. Turn right onto Olive Street. Vitreo-Retinal Associates is located 836 Olive Street, behind the Circle K convenience store.

1. Take I-49 South to LA-6 Exit 138
2. Turn Left on LA-6
3. Continue Past Northwestern State University
4. Turn Left on Jefferson St.
5. Turn Right on Keyser Avenue
